What Are the
Learning Modules?
The Learning Modules are a year-long program designed to provide hands-on, project-based training in quality improvement, value-based care integration, and population health initiatives. Participants engage in a combination of in-person and online learning, with a focus on developing practical skills in:
12-month clinical and operational Learning Module for a cohort of healthcare leaders from diverse backgrounds, focused on integrating quality improvement and value-based care initiatives across clinical and community settings.
Supports health system integration – Teams build capacity to implement healthcare and community initiatives, improving patient outcomes and population health across the organization and community.
Strengthens accreditation readiness – Builds organizational capability to prepare for and complete reporting requirements, including CMS, Joint Commission, and WSHA standards.
Application-focused curriculum – Provides a hands-on curriculum in quality improvement, project management, leadership, coaching, and facilitation, designed to translate learning into actionable results.
Develops future leaders – Creates a pipeline of leaders skilled in designing, implementing, and sustaining healthcare programs that drive measurable impact on clinical outcomes and population health initiatives.
